The Daily Click
The Daily Click (TDC for short) is an portal based on indie developer-made games, of which most of them are freeware. Anyone can upload their games on the site, however it's mostly meant for users of Clickteam's software. The site was originally founded by Rikus and Clubsoft.
TDC main site sections
News: The site has a news section, which covers new indie releases (mostly made with Clickteam's software) and project updates.
Downloads: Games uploaded by users of the site can be downloaded, played and rated.
Articles: Users of The Daily Click can submit articles about anything related to game making. Most of them are tips and tutorials on creating games with the Click software.
Projects: Game creators can make a project page for their game and post updates, screenshots or discussions about their ongoing project. The projects page is used to inform people about the games state or, if working as a team, keep the other team members updated about the project and communicate with them.
Reviews: Any game posted on The Daily Click can be reviewed and rated by anyone who is a registered user of the site.
Forums: The boards section is a place where people can discuss about anything. It is mostly used to talk about game making.
Game Of The Month: Every month users get the chance to vote on new released games, and the winning game will get the title of "Game Of The Month", GOTM.
The Click Link
The Click Link is a useful site made by RickyRombo designed to help clickers learn and achieve great things in MMF2 through the help of others. It also serves as RickyRombo's portfolio for flash games.
In the site there is a community forum which is designed for users to post their own examples, tutorials, and open-source games so that others may learn from them. There are currently a great deal of tutorials there by Gerald999.
Also on the site is an examples page listing most of the examples RickyRombo has done that have been released to the public. These can be viewed from the left side bar after clicking "Examples" on the top.
The greatest thing about the site is the external links located on the left toolbar of the homepage. The list includes many great learning sites like Clickteam's tutorial page, Nivram's site, and StephenL's Klikfusion. There are even YouTube walkthroughs of how to do certain things in MMF2.
