These objects are extensions for Multimedia Fusion 2 written by LB. They are the older brothers of the Advanced Int64 Object. As their names suggest, they can handle very large numbers. They give you one unsigned integer value, one signed integer value, and one floating point value. The reason there are three is because as each of the first two were made, the requesting user needed larger numbers. These objects are all very common, so that is why they have the same page.
